Experience – here it goes, there it comes..

The mental demand for permanence in an experience is a source of
discomfort.

No experience, be it that of sight, sound, taste, smell,
touch, feel or relation (ship) is sustained permanently.

Our attempt
to hold onto them is ancient, but it doesn’t seem to be in the design
of life we see around.

Life seems ever-changing. As our mental demand is relentlessly wanting permanence how often are we exhausted, drained, demotivated and in a way, anti-life.

Little quiet
time to understand this on the basis of ones own life gives tremendous insights. It can slowly allow experiences to come as
they come and go as they go.
